Trish suggests using parchment paper on your baking tray. She says this is a critical step in the process and if you use silicone mats or waxed paper etc, it will yield a different result. Almond Joy Cookies Four Ingredients
- 1 14 oz (396g) bag sweetened coconut flakes
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup chopped lightly salted almonds, Trish used Blue Diamond Low Sodium Lightly Salted – light blue bag
- 1 14 oz (396g) can sweetened condensed milk regular or fat-free works
