- 1/2 Cup of cold water
- 30 (1.05oz) Grams of unflavoured gelatin
- 3/4 Cup of water
- 2 Cups of sugar
- 4-5 Drops of food coloring
- 1/2 Teaspoon of extract (peppermint, orange, lemon, etc)
- Additional sugar for sprinkling and rolling your gumdrops
