Today we are sharing their Bacon and Zucchini Slice and we just know you are going to love it. Made with zucchini, diced bacon, eggs, and cheese, it’s a lot like a quiche but without all the fuss of a crust.

This Bacon and Zucchini Slice is easy to cut into squares and you’ll also love how simple it is to make.  Simply mix your ingredients and pop in the oven to bake! It is literally fail proof!

Bacon And Zucchini Slice Recipe Ingredients

  • 375g (13oz) zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup self-rising Flour
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 200g (7oz) bacon, diced
  • 1 cup cheese, any variety, grated
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Zucchini Bacon Slice Recipe Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400F/200C.

Grate your zucchini and cheese. Dice the bacon and onion.

Add all of the ingredients to your mixing bowl and mix well, being sure to beat the eggs as you do. Add in some seasonings, such as salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer to a lined 8×11″ (30x20cm) baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Enjoy!
