Famous 100 biscuit recipe ingredients

  • 500 grams (2 cups) of butter
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 5 cups of self-raising flour

How to make the famous 100 biscuit recipe

Cream in sugar and butter, add condensed milk and flour. Place on greased dishes and bake in a moderate oven at approx. 180 degrees Celsius for approx. 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

For a less “floury” biscuit – add half a cup of flour for half a cup of pudding powder and lemon or passion fruit icing between the two cookies. Doesn’t that sound heavenly?

Sweetened condensed milk substitute

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Mix all the ingredients and use them as a substitute for sweetened condensed milk in recipes for cakes, bars and desserts.

Recipe tips and tips

Biscuit dough is suitable for freezing. Roll the dough into a sausage pan, wrap in baking paper and seal the ends. Write the taste on the outside. Freeze for up to three months.

Form small balls with the dough and freeze them on a tray. Then place the small balls in a ziplock bag to freeze them for up to three months.

Replace half of the butter with an extra egg for a healthier version.
